“Trust is part
of the treatment.”
You should feel comfortable asking questions, speaking up about pressure, and saying what you need. That conversation is part of the work.

Your therapist
I know what it’s
like to ask more
of your body.
My own background in movement runs through Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, strength training, and other sports. In 2012, I spent approximately three months training Muay Thai in Thailand. Receiving Thai massage there helped shape my interest in bodywork.
That interest became my career. I’ve now spent approximately 12 years working as a massage therapist, continuing my education in Thai massage and working with active people from many different backgrounds.
I understand wanting to keep doing the things that matter to you. My job is to listen, work with you, and provide useful hands-on support.
A little more about LimhiBefore you book
A few things
to know.
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. You might train regularly, work on your feet, spend long days at a desk, or carry kids around. If you want to feel and move more comfortably, you’re in the right place.
Does the massage have to hurt?
No. Pressure should be something you can comfortably work with. Tell me if anything feels too intense, and we’ll adjust. You don’t need to push through a session.
What should I wear for Thai massage?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely. Thai massage is performed clothed, using compression, assisted movement, and stretching.
What if I’m not sure which session to choose?
Table massage offers hands-on work with pressure tailored to you. Thai massage brings more assisted movement and stretching into the session. If you’re unsure, call or text and we can talk through what you’re looking for.
